Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Dominion Energy for electric service; residents are responsible for setting up this utility with Dominion prior to move-in. City of Columbia handles water and sewer, residents are not required to set up this utility, our third-party billing provider Conservice will bill you each month and the charges will be available to pay with your monthly rent.
