Weight Limit: 60lbs and under- (Dogs over 40lbs. will be required to reside in a 1st floor unit)
Note: A pet is considered to be a: dog, cat, fish or bird. Vet records must be provided before move in.
Breed Restrictions: The following types of dogs (whether pure bred or mix breed) are prohibited: Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers or Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Dalmatian, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Boxers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies and any dog trained to attack persons, property or other animals.
Pet Rent in the amount of $15 per pet per month.
